By visiting our website, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy").  The NCSPCA reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such change here.  Your continued use of the website after such change is made constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy as modified.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the website.  In addition to our own website, we provide links to other third party websites that are not under the NCSPCA's control.  The NCSPCA is not responsible for the privacy policy or content of any website linked to from the Web Sites.

The Nassau County S.P.C.A. knows that you care how information about you is used and shared.  Therefore we make a strong commitment to protect and respect the privacy principles regarding the personal information that you provide.  The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to explain the types of information the Nassau County S.P.C.A. obtains about visitors to our website, how the information is collected, how it is used, and how visitors can restrict its use or disclosure.  We appreciate your trust.

What information does the NCSPCA collect?

Our website has industry standard high encryption security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  The NCSPCA makes every effort to protect your information by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.  SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than the NCSPCA.  We do not store your credit card information.
