The Humane Division consists entirely of individuals who are dedicated to animal rescue, fostering strays, spaying and neutering, medical vaccinations, animal control, fund raising, community coordination of rescue groups, and overall education.  They help to assist and arrange for low-cost spay/neuter services, as well as rabies vaccinations.  The Humane Division’s eventual goal is to raise enough money to own and operate a completely self-sufficient mobile veterinary clinic that will travel throughout the county offering advice and medical services to those in need.
